The quality is mostly okay, nothing amazing, but not terrible either. It does the job, and I’m glad I didn’t spend more expecting something premium. If you’re just looking for something basic and don’t want to feel like you wasted your money, it’s fine.

"Queue was quicker than I expected"
I had to join a queue on lolas.co.uk, and normally I’m a bit wary when a site makes me wait because I don’t want to waste time or risk things glitching halfway through. But this one was actually fine, it showed my place in line and the estimated time kept dropping quickly.

I’d braced myself for it to be annoying, but I got through sooner than expected and the ordering part was straightforward after that. No weird issues or surprises, so I’m happy with it. 5 stars from me.

"Made the birthday treats so easy"
Ordered from Lola’s for a family birthday i was happy with how easy it was. We had a mix of vegan and gluten-free needs, which can usually turn into a whole thing, but the site made it simple to find options that worked. The cupcakes were actually really tasty too, not like the dietary ones were just thrown in as an afterthought. Everyone got to enjoy something without any fuss, which felt like a small win. Definitely planning to use Lolas again.

Lolas has a fair amount to choose from, and I did see some nice items, but I kind of expected a bit more variety in certain sections. It’s hard to describe, but it felt like if you’re looking for something a little different, the options can feel a bit limited. Overall, it was okay

"Looked good, but getting there was a pain"
The cakes did look really nice, so I was kind of excited at first. But the location just didn’t work for me at all. It’s nowhere near where I live, and without a car it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I thought collecting it would be simple, but it wasn’t. Maybe if you live close by it’s fine, but for me it just wasn’t worth the trip.

"Looked Better Than It Tasted"
The cake definitely looked nice and it seemed fresh, so I’ll give them that. But taste-wise, it was just kind of okay for me. The sponge was soft, but plain, and the flavor didn’t really show up the way I expected. It almost felt like more effort went into the appearance than the actual taste. Not terrible or anything, just not something I’d be excited to order again. Maybe I’d try a different flavor next time...

The taste was actually fine, so I’ll give them that. But the design looked really rushed and messy, which was disappointing. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to make it look good, because it definitely didn’t come out the way I expected.

I had a small issue with my order from lolas.co.uk and didn’t expect to hear back that quickly. Maybe I’m a bit biased because I’ve had some slow customer service from other places lately, but they replied the same day and were actually easy to chat with.
They got it sorted without any hassle and kept me in the loop, which I really appreciated. It’s nice when a company doesn’t make you chase them for updates. I’d happily order from them again.

My order arrived packed really well, and nothing was damaged, which I definitely appreciated. The box was sturdy and you could tell some care was taken with the packaging. That said, I was a bit annoyed because the communication around the order wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on until it showed up

I ordered from Lola’s and thought it was good for the price. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the food tasted fresh and looked really nice, so it felt worth it. Delivery was a little later than expected, but nothing too bad. Overall, I was happy with it and I’d probably order from them again. I’d recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for something a bit nicer

"Not gonna lie, it didn’t feel very clean"
Not gonna lie, I went in last week and the place just didn’t feel very clean. There were bits all over the floor, and the counter looked kind of sticky. The staff were fine, but the hygiene side of things really put me off buying much. Maybe they’d just had a busy day, but it still wasn’t a great experience.

I ordered it with a photo and message, and I was a bit nervous because I really didn’t want to waste money on something that didn’t look right. Thankfully, it came out almost exactly how I set it up. The colours were just a little darker than expected, but I’m still really happy with it.

"On-time delivery, but rough packaging"
So the delivery showed up on time, which was great, but the box was squashed when it arrived. Thankfully everything inside was still fine, but it definitely didn’t make the best first impression.
